Industrial Flow Solutions to amass Italy’s Dreno Pompe

Industrial Flow Solutions is shopping for Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater purposes, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of private fairness firm May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration options for harsh, rugged environments. The firm, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is residence to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump systems and the Oil Minder pump and management solution, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired last October.
